Stocking a Healthy Kitchen

Here are some of the things I always keep on hand in my kitchen.

Grains:
Brown rice
Quinoa
Whole wheat pasta
Whole wheat flour
Unbleached flour

 Sweeteners:
Coconut palm sugar
Xylitol
Brown rice syrup
Maple syrup
Honey

Liquids:
Coconut milk
Rice milk
Almond milk
Orange juice
Apple juice

Fats:
Canola oil
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Apple sauce
Vegan margarine

Acids:
Lime juice
Lemon juice
(Or fresh limes and lemons)
Apple cider vinegar

Seeds and dried fruits:
Sunflower seeds
Raisins
Dried cranberries
Dried apricots
Flax seeds

Produce:
bananas
apples
carrots
cauliflower
frozen peas
frozen corn
frozen mixed berries

Canned:
tomatoes
pineapple
chick peas
black beans

Spices & Herbs:
*i try to have fresh herbs during the summer but always have dried on hand.
